began when Stan was a young boy, working alongside his father and General Contractor, M.J. Lawton.
M.J. operated with great pride and delight in his work. Inspired by his father, Stan established Lawton Builders Inc. to carry out his legacy specializing in high-end custom home building and remodeling.

Stan Lawton has built a reputation for excellence in the greater Puget Sound area. His skill, passion, and attention to detail have landed him some of Seattle’s top assignments. With each project, Stan looks forward to the creation of a masterpiece and a long-standing relationship with his clients.

Stan is also very proud to say that both sons Ben and Justin are at work with him now learning the family trade.
